Dear Rusty,

First, I vote to approval all the current items.  I don't know if I'm voting
for Univ. of WI (former location) or Beloit College (current location).

Here are 2 things we need to do to make item #20 consistent across the
document.  Sorry I missed it until now.

- - p. 341 line 18 needs to be void to be consistent.   Also p. 334 line 22
needs update.

An item related to #20 MPI::Datarep_conversion_function with void is this
one:

- - p. 253 line 4 and p. 341 line 19.  typedef MPI::Datarep_extent_function.
Should be typedef void MPI::Datarep_extent_function.

It was sent in same message as the other by Jeremy Siek.  Was it
deliberately removed?
